100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima Pilgrimages

May 13, 2017 marks the 100th Anniversary of the Virgin Mary's Apparitions to three shepherd children at Fatima. Beginning in May 1917, Our Blessed Mother appeared to three young cousins, Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco a total of six times.

Throughout 2017 hundreds of thousands of Catholics will be making pilgrimages to Fatima and other Marian shrines to commemorate the centennial and relive the miraculous nature of the Apparitions. Nawas is planning special pilgrimages to Fatima on the Apparition days as well as throughout the year.
