THE PASSION PLAY OF OBERAMMERGAU
BECKONS IN 2022
A full season of Passion Play of Oberammergau performances is coming in 2022! The renowned play was postponed from 2020 and rescheduled to begin May 15, 2022. We’re proud to have handled tours to seven previous Passion Plays.
The townspeople of the tiny Bavarian village of Oberammergau first performed the play in 1634 in gratitude to God for delivering them from the Black Plague that swept through Europe, and they’ve been keeping their promise for nearly 400 years.
Once again, we’ll have our own on-site office in Oberammergau for personalized service. No other U.S.-based travel company has this!
